Love the new look. But when you put your email to reset password, it will not send the link to email. I don’t want to create a new account and lose my free bowls I earned from you guys

To start out, the app looks nice and with some UX improvements and attention to some bugs it would be solid overall. Here’s what I’ve noted in the few times I’ve used the new app:

The CVV entry during payment would be improved if they leveraged the iOS auto-fill capabilities. Do I need to enter that every time or was it a bug that I had to my last two orders using the same card? I don’t have it memorized.

Also, I keep getting signed out and the app doesn’t properly identify itself to Apple to enable automatic password filling.

Most frustratingly, I keep getting errors at different steps of the ordering process: when I add an item to my order, when I pay, and, I think, when I selected a pickup location.

Why am I even forced to select the pickup location again after I’ve previously ordered. I’m not jumping between locations in Virginia and Delaware.

I’m hopeful this is all getting sorted out, and sometime soon if I keep using the app, these problems will all be resolved.

The changes they’ve made to the new app are aesthetically pleasing but make the ordering process take a good amount longer. I used to be able to go check off everything I want quickly but now it’s a hassle going into each category. The worst part is they separated the ingredients between your first 5 and the remaining choices. Makes ordering a challenge.

And then also the app had errors the first 5 times I clicked “order”
